Custom solutions. Zero stress.
PRESCO makes precision metal stamping a risk-free process, delivering custom, high-quality parts on your timeline, every time.
Deep Drawn Stamping
Precision metal stamping is how presco made its name. It's what we do best.
Deep drawn metal stamping is a strong fit when a part requires deep drawn shapes, such as:
Cups, Shells, Housings, Enclosures
Cylindrical or box-like geometries
Controlled material flow rather than material removal
Smooth surfaces and consistent wall thickness
Repeatability at volume
We offer progressive and transfer/eyelet tooling strategies as part of our deep drawn stamping process.
Through Progressive Die
In progressive deep draw stamping, the part remains attached to a continuous strip of metal as it moves through multiple stations within a single die set.
through transfer / eyelet press
In transfer deep draw stamping, individual blanks are mechanically transferred from one station to another within a press.
Progressive Die Stamping
Progressive die stamping produces complex, high-precision parts efficiently at scale for long production runs.
Progressive Die Stamping is commonly used to manufacture deep drawn parts, flat components, and bracketry, because multiple features and forming steps can be integrated into one automated tool, delivering consistent quality and efficient production.
Compound Die Stamping
Best for simple, high-precision flat components that maintain tight positional accuracy and minimal variation between holes and edges.
Compound Die Stamping is typically used for flat parts and performs multiple cutting operations, such as blanking and piercing, simultaneously in a single press stroke rather than across multiple stations.

PRECISION METAL STAMPING
Once tooling is optimized, your program moves to controlled, high-volume production.
PRESCO operates a range of stamping presses and tooling strategies to deliver consistent parts across long production runs, while maintaining tight dimensional control and repeatable performance.
Secondary Ops
Everything you need, under one roof.
If our clients have to coordinate with other suppliers to get the exact stamped metal parts they need, we can’t guarantee the quality we pride ourselves on.
That’s why PRESCO offers these secondary operations in-house:
tapping / drilling
PRESS-FIT ASSEMBLY
piercing
And more,
upon evaluation.
